When I first started Cookie Whipped, it was just me with a set of baking tools, a lot of determination, and the desire to turn loss into something joyful. Over the years, I’ve learned that what makes this business truly special isn’t just the cookies, it’s the people who help bring them to life. That’s why one of my passions is not only building Cookie Whipped but also creating opportunities for others on our team to pursue their own baking dreams.

We’ve built Cookie Whipped on a unique co-op style model, one that encourages collaboration and ownership. Instead of just being employees, our team members get the chance to grow their skills, test their ideas, and build experience that can carry into their own ventures. It’s important to me that Cookie Whipped be a launchpad, not just a workplace, and that everyone who contributes feels empowered to shape their own path.

For me, leadership is about making space for others to thrive. It means celebrating when a team member develops a new cookie design, takes charge of a market pop-up, or builds relationships with clients.
