1. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any cookies, cakes, or other baked goods. All sales are final once your order has been processed.

2. Order Issues

If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will require a photo of the product and a description of the issue. Once we verify the mistake or damage, we will gladly offer a replacement or store credit.

3. Custom Orders

Customized products are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please ensure that all customization details are correct before placing your order. In the event of an error on our part, we will work with you to correct the issue.

4. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing them. After this period, we begin processing your order, and cancellations are not possible. For custom orders, cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet entered the production phase.

5. Refunds

Refunds are issued only in cases where a replacement or store credit is not feasible. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis, and any approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

6. Shipping Issues

If your order is lost or delayed due to a shipping issue, please contact us as soon as possible. We will coordinate with the shipping provider to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider once the order has left our facility.
