Deposit & Payment
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your event date. The remaining balance is due on or before the event day. We accept bank transfer/ACH, credit or debit card, or any other payment method mutually agreed upon in advance.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
30+ days before event - Full deposit refund
15–29 days before event -50% of deposit refunded
8–14 days before event25% of deposit refunded
7 days or less before event - Non-refundable
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
