1. How can I customize my order?
Every single order can be customized in at least one sweet way. Check out the product pages for all the delicious details!
2. Can I schedule a pickup or delivery?
Absolutely! We offer local pickup, speedy courier delivery across DFW and we can even ship our cookie love nationwide!
3. Can I return or exchange my order?
Due to the custom and edible nature of our treats, we can't accept returns or exchanges. However, if there's ever a problem, please let us know, and we'll whip up a solution to make it right!
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all payment methods securely processed through Shopify. If you need an invoice for payment by check use the custom order form.
5. Do you offer gift options?
Yes! You can add a charming gift box, a sweet notecard with your message, and a beautiful bow to make your cookie gift extra special.

8. Are your Gluten-Free cookies certified Gluten-Free?
No. We use shared equipment, so they are only naturally gluten-free as well as dairy-free.
9. Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?
Yes, we do! For orders of 200 or more printed image cookies, all with the same design, we'd be happy to discuss wholesale options. Let's get baking!
